WebTry taking out the CMOS battery with the system unplugged from the wall. Then press the power button a couple times to discharge capacitors. Then wait a full 10 minutes before putting the battery back in. Sorry if you've already tried this way, I'm just really surprised clearing CMOS didn't fix it.
